Starring Ruthie Henshall. Be transported to the world of musical
theatre; bringing you some of the best-known and popular songs
from West End and Broadway. In association with Chiswick’s very
own ArtsEd and suitable for all ages.
Starring Lesley Garrett. The festival reaches its climax with our
final open-air concert: A rousing celebration of British music and
flag-waving, including Pomp & Circumstance, Jerusalem and many
more. Suitable for all ages.
What time does the site open and close?

Can I buy tickets on the doors on the day?
Yes you can, but subject to availability as this event is expected to sell out, so booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. You can buy advance tickets here and save!
Is there merchandise available to buy at the event?
Yes, you can buy an interesting selection things from British flags to wave to souvenir programmes, as well as various other related items.
Where is the main entrance?
There is only one box office entrance for the audience, which is by the Inigo Jones Archway (by the café) which can be accessed there or via the Goose Foot.
Can I bring my own food & drink?
The Chiswick Proms Team encourage you to explore our varied food stalls, including ice cream, posh burgers, strawberries & cream, vegan stew, cakes, hot dogs, artisan coffee and tea, plus a bar with a range of tipples, as well as non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks for you to purchase. Due to the licensing at the venue, we regret you cannot bring alcohol along, as only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed.
Is there seating or do I sit on the grass?
No seating is provided if you buy a standard ticket, so you can bring a blanket to sit on the grass. You’re welcome to bring folding/camping chairs, but you may be asked to sit in a designated area to avoid blocking the view of people behind you. Please do not bring gazebos or tables! For VIP and Diamond VIP ticket-holders, tables and chairs will be provided in a designated area.
What happens it is rains?
The event will take place no matter what the weather, including if it rains. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the promoter and doesn’t take place.
Are dogs allowed?
Only registered guide dogs are allowed on site.
Are gazebos allowed?
Unfortunately we are unable to allow gazebos at this event as it would block the view of other audience members.
Is there parking on site?
There is strictly no parking on site, and the car park by Duke’s Avenue will be closed to the public on 7-9 June. Therefore you must arrive on site by foot using public transport. There is very limited disabled parking, however it is 400m from the site. Should you wish to book this, please contact the Chiswick Proms team to book your space, at which further details will be sent to you.
Can I bring a BBQ or camping stove?
Due to fire and safety regulations, we are unable to allow these on site.

Is smoking allowed?
Whilst on site, smoking is not permitted, except for in the designated smoking area for those wishing to smoke.
Is there disabled access?
Yes and there are specific Wheelchair & Carer tickets available. See Parkingquestion amongst these FAQs for details of disabled parking. There is a disabled toilet on site. We have wheelchair-friendly trackway on the lawn area and there is a designated disabled entrance.
Is the Chiswick Proms child-friendly?
The festival is suitable for all ages. Don’t miss out on our complementary face painting!
