Sixteenfeet Productions presents Wind in the Willows, an evergreen classic by Kenneth Grahame adapted by Andrew Walsh with original music by Guy Holden.
Full of high jinks, adventure and camaraderie, with an array of truly unforgettable characters, including the impulsive Toad; good-natured Mole; wise Ratty; and reclusive Badger.
This production is promenade theatre so the audience will be encouraged to explore the beautiful setting in order to watch the story unfold, ably led by a talented cast of actor-musicians.
This event takes place in the picnic area, near the Ionic Temple. Enjoy the sun outside on the grass for this promenade theater classic in the open air.
Our age guide is 5+
Children under 3 may attend a performance if accompanying an older sibling. They will not need to have a ticket but we do ask that if they become bored or tearful they are taken away from the performance area so that they do not affect the rest of the audience’s enjoyment. Buggies are not permitted in the performance area but may be left at the Box Office where they will be supervised.
We rarely cancel a performance before the advertised start time as it can sometimes rain and clear up just in time for the show to start and despite the forecasts bad weather can be very localised. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation because of the weather, but may be exchanged for another performance. If you need to change your tickets to another date we will always try to be flexible.
