Jaixia Blue is an interdisciplinary storyteller and facilitator of meditative creative workshops, whose artistry bridges textile art, song, poetry, and film into a deeply emotive practice. Born in West London, (MA Royal College of Art) her works explore themes of her matrilineal ancestry, ecology, dreams and diasporic memory through the slow processes of natural dyeing, and screen printing. Working with foraged flora and healing herbs, she creates textiles that become living archives.
