Job Title: Estates & Facilities Coordinator (Ref: EFC26)
Salary: £28,000 FTE
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Location: Chiswick House & Gardens Trust
Reports to: Estates & Facilities Manager

We are seeking an Estates & Facilities Coordinator to provide practical, hands-on support across the estate, delivering day-to-day maintenance, responding to urgent issues and helping to ensure the site remains safe, functional and presentable.

Working under the direction of the Estates & Facilities Manager, and in coordination with the Head of Gardens on outdoor operations, you will carry out maintenance tasks, support contractors and events, and contribute to the smooth running of the estate.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and practical, with a safety-minded approach to maintenance and site operations. You will be comfortable working outdoors, collaborating with colleagues, volunteers and contractors, and responding to the varied operational needs of a busy historic estate.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Experience working collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, contractors and operational teams.
• Clear communication skills and a reliable, proactive approach.
• Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to the practical demands of a historic estate environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements, maintenance practices and compliance procedures relevant to estates or facilities work.
• Previous experience in estate, facilities or site maintenance desirable.
