Parkinson’s & Neurological Movement Class with Move into Wellbeing
A dedicated class for people living with Parkinson’s and neurological conditions, led by former professional dancer Donna Schoenherr.
Move into Wellbeing’s music and movement classes are specially designed to enhance mobility, balance, strength and neurological connections. Sessions are led by experienced instructors and supported by dedicated helpers, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for participants.
The classes will take place in the Learning Hub & Yard, airy spaces built to support a range of community, creative wellbeing activities within the historic grounds of Chiswick House & Gardens.
About Move into Wellbeing®
Founded in 2014 by former professional dancer Donna Schoenherr, Move into Wellbeing® was inspired by her father, who lived with Parkinson’s for 30 years. The charity’s specialist classes, devised by the experienced instructors at Ballet4Life®, aim to improve physical mobility and support the mental and emotional wellbeing of people living with Parkinson’s, ME, MS, dementia and other neurological conditions.
