Gong Bath
A deeply restorative sound meditation using gong vibrations and silence to quiet the mind, release stress, and guide you into effortless, profound relaxation.
If you’ve ever wanted to experience true rest – the kind that goes beyond a nap or a lie-down – this is for you.
The session will begin with a few minutes of gentle breathwork or light movement to help you settle in. You’ll then lie down comfortably, wrapped in warm blankets, and be immersed in layers of gong sound. The vibrations slow your brainwaves, guiding you into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep. It will end with a few minutes of quiet integration before slowly grounding back into the room.
Gong baths require zero effort or previous technique – you simply lie down and let the sound do the work. The resonance of large gongs creates a unique experience that quietens a busy mind, calms the nervous system, and leaves you feeling deeply rested, as if waking from your best night’s sleep. A great activity to enjoy alone or with friends. All levels of experience welcome.
