Visitor Services Assistants (multiple roles)
We are seeking Visitor Services Assistants to join our friendly front of house team on a flexible basis. You will be helping us to deliver a first-class visitor experience and to steward a wide range of exciting public and private events.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed with excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in retail, museums/galleries and events/hospitality. As well as public-facing duties, Visitor Services Assistants contribute to the day to day practicalities involved in operating an historic house and busy visitor attraction.
Interviews and training sessions will be taking place in March and April. Work will mainly be offered during our open season from April to October, however there may also be opportunities for extending work beyond October. Availability to work on weekends as well as weekdays and occasional evenings is desirable.
