‘Chiswick House & Gardens – Casual Visitor Services Assistants (multiple roles)
We are seeking Visitor Services Assistants to join our friendly Front of House team on a flexible, zero-hour basis. You will be helping us to deliver a first-class visitor experience and to steward a wide range of exciting public and private events.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed with excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in retail, museums/galleries or events/hospitality. As well as public-facing duties, Visitor Services Assistants contribute to the day to day practicalities involved in operating an historic house and visitor attraction.
Interviews and training sessions will take place in July. Work will mainly be offered during our open season from April to October, however there may also be opportunities for extending work beyond October. Availability and willingness to work on weekends as well as weekdays when required and occasional late evenings is essential.
