Chiswick House, the surrounding lawns will be closed – Tuesday 2 August to Wednesday 10 August

The car park will be closed between Saturday 6 August to Sunday 7 August, local roads surrounding the Gardens will be for access only, no parking.

It takes us a little while to get the site ready to host fantastic events like Happy Place Festival. From 2 August, some areas of the Gardens will be closed off, including Chiswick House itself and the Shop. The Kitchen Garden will continue to open Thursday – Sunday. There will be a pop-up shop in the Conservatory open 10am – 4pm.

We expect everything will be back to normal and all areas re-opened by 8 August.

The Cafe will be open as usual.

Mark Wallinger’s art piece British Summer Time will be temporarily moved while the event takes place. staff have been carefully lifting and storing Mark Wallinger’s British Summer Time art piece.

The analemmatic sundial will be off display for the time being and will make a return later in the Summer.
