New for October half term, Archie’s brings its outdoor kids’ camp to the grounds of Chiswick House & Gardens!

Suitable for children aged 5 – 12 years.

Archie’s runs screen-free holiday camps built entirely around being outside. No tablets, no sports drills on a pitch, no wet weather backup plan involving a screen – just proper old-fashioned play in the woods.

Across the week children take on den building, woodland missions, stealth and camouflage games, conker championships, team challenges and Archie’s Taskmaster, a run of deliberately ridiculous tasks. Groups are small, staff know every child by name, and the day ends with children who are muddy, exhausted and full of stories.

Know Before You Book

• What to wear: Old clothes they can get muddy, wellies or
  sturdy trainers, and a waterproof coat. Children will get muddy.
  That’s rather the point, and we’d ask parents not to send
  anything they’d be sad to see come home filthy. A spare set of
  clothes is always worth packing.
• Catering: Not included. Children need to bring a packed lunch,
  snacks and a water bottle. Please let us know about any allergies
  or dietary needs at the time of booking.
• Weather: We run outdoors in almost all conditions and rain
  does not stop camp, so please pack accordingly.
• Timings: 9:30am to 3:30pm, with early drop-off and late
  pick-up available if booked in advance.
• Staffing: All staff are over 18, hold Enhanced DBS checks, and
  we run a ratio of one adult to every seven children. There is
  always a first aid trained member of staff on site.
