Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you make:

I’m Emily and I’m the owner and founder of Percy & Co. We make premium handmade dog collars, bows and leads.

How did you get into making your product?

Eight years ago we got our little pug Percy and whilst looking for a handsome little bow tie for him I noticed a gap in the market. This was when Percy & Co. was born! We gradually introduced more and more fabrics and designs including a country tweed and a city velvet which have been hugely successful.

Which of your products are available in the Chiswick House Shop?

Oooh, you have a great selection of our stock. Our beautiful Barnes design is a blue floral inspired by your southwest London neighbour and the beautiful wildflowers found on Barnes Common.  The Marple design is a red check which is super in all situations – this can be dressed up or dressed down. These are just two of the lovely designs but there are many more in the shop too!

What do you love about Chiswick House and Gardens?

What’s not to love… beautiful peaceful gardens and stunning architecture on central London’s doorstep.

What’s your top Chiswick tip?

Definitely take a stroll along the river, it’s just stunning to see everything from the Thames!
