Chiswick House & Gardens has an interesting range of outdoor and indoor spaces currently available in a beautiful west London location. We are now inviting expressions of interest and proposals for creative use of these spaces.

We envisage a broad mix of potential up-take, from weekend markets, special events and festivals to product launches, pop-up trading, makerspaces and other creative enterprise uses.  Some of our spaces are ideal for meanwhile use whereas others are suitable for longer-term rentals.

Whether you are looking for a space to trade, run an event or set-up a creative business, Chiswick House & Gardens welcomes you to see what we can offer.

As part of this exercise, we are seeking expressions of interest and proposals for anchor events over the winter festive and springtime periods.

This is not a formal tendering exercise. Chiswick House & Gardens Trust wish to co-design and co-create successful enterprise outcomes in partnership with interested operators, entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
